What is a Health Coach?
As a health coach, I help clients to feel and be their best selves through food, fitness and overall lifestyle. Consider me your wellness guide as we work together to achieve your goals. Topics we address include stress management, energy, self-care, nutrition, weight-loss, fitness and more. We start with the basics of grocery shopping, food prep, choosing healthy options, etc. We will take a holistic view of your lifestyle to find areas where extra care may be needed. Life is short and you deserve to be your best every day!
How does the program work?
All clients go through a 30 minute complimentary initial consultation. Appointments can be taken in person at Blush Studios or on the phone. Once we decide to work together, I ask clients to commit to a 6 month program, meeting twice per month for 45-50 minutes to achieve their goals. Each session will include discussions around health, nutrition, wellness, etc. along with resources and coaching to feel your best. We will measure progress throughout the process.
